Frequently asked questions

Where are you located? 

We are located at 209 Pine St. South, Downtown Timmins, Ontario, Canada.

However, the shop is only open to those with scheduled appointments.

How old do you have to be to get tattooed in Ontario?

You must be 18+ to receive a tattoo or at the very least 16+ with parental consent. If you are 16+ your parent/legal guardian must be present with you at your booked appointment.

What days are you open for business?

We are open from Tuesdays to Saturdays. Keep in mind that Fridays and Saturdays tend to book fast so please be flexible with your availability when booking.

Is there a number I can call?

We do not have a phone number. All booking and inquiries are done online.

What do you charge per hour?

We do not charger per hour. Tattoo prices are determined by the style, detail and size of the tattoo. However, we do have a shop minimum of $100.

Do I need a deposit to book a tattoo?

All tattoos being booked require a $50 deposit to reserve a date and time. Please refer to our Deposit Policies in the Booking section for more info.

Do you do cover ups?

Yes, our artist does cover ups! Please specify if you're getting a cover up when reaching out to book an appointment.

Can I get a tattoo over scars/stretch marks, ect?

It depends on several factors such as the size, type, and age of the scar. If you wish to minimize or draw attention away from it, one option to consider instead is to incorporate a design around your scar.

Who should not get a tattoo?

It is not advisable to get a tattoo if your immune system is compromised in any way; if you have severe allergies; if you have a communicable disease; or if you are taking certain medications such as blood thinners. We will not allow anyone being tattooed while pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Do you do piercings?

We do not offer piercings of any kind at our shop.

What is your refund policy on tattoos?

There is no way to return a tattoo or the time spent on a tattoo. Therefore, we do not offer refunds of any kind on tattoos.

I'm ready to book! What should I include in my message?

To speed up the booking process we ask that you include the following information when requesting an appointment.

- Detailed description of the tattoo and any reference photos you may have (if you're unable to send photos we will ask when we email you back - if it is a cover up we will need a photo of the existing tattoo as well)

- Size of tattoo (inch x inch) and placement of tattoo

- Preferred style of the tattoo and if the tattoo will be done with color or grey scale
